The Global Language Learning Section of BiaWaZo website, mobile applications (apps), and original social media content are ONLY for your BiaWaZo and/or Akwukwo LLC affiliated program use. You may not download, print, distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit content within the site or apps, including but not limited to any text, images, audio, pdfs, and video, for any group, business, commercial or public purpose outside of written agreement.

By entering the site you are complying with these Terms and Conditions of Use. BiaWaZo and Akwukwo LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, learn, display and use this Site. You agree not to affect/interrupt or attempt to affect/interrupt the operation of this Site and/or app in any way. Any unauthorized use of the learning content, structure, content, proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and certain civil and criminal statutes.

In most cases, using our website does not require you to submit any personal information.

Those are periodically shared on our website and on social media platforms as well.

Enrollment options to our Virtual Language Learning programs are typically recurring. If you would like to cancel future payment recurrences, please let us know prior to your specific billing period within your financial institution’s deadline as we do not have control over that.

Please note that we do provide one-time enrollment opportunities via our Gift options on www.akwukwo.com/vil as well.

We reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy and if we do so we will post the changes here. It is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy every time you submit information to us, enroll in our program/sessions or place an order with us. Use will signify that you agree to any such changes.

Children and privacy

We are committed to the safety and security of children and understand that children may not understand all the provisions of our Privacy Policy or make informed decisions about the choices that are made available to adult users of the Site. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the sites their children visit.

Although we take precautions to ensure the security of children participating in our programs and sessions, Parents/Guardians are ultimately responsible to monitor their children as they use our Virtual Language Learning and Global Language Learning programs; our mobile app; socialize on our platforms; read our e-books and/or interact on our social media outlets to ensure proper security and presentation of said child(ren).
